We will happily accept returns for exchange or store credit on full price, unworn, unwashed, unaltered merchandise with tags within 14 days of the purchase date.

All sale merchandise, jewelry, hats, sunglasses, special orders and discounted merchandise are not eligible for exchange.

If you wish to make a return or exchange for an online order, send an email to riotheboutique@gmail.com and notify us of your request to return/exchange.

 The quick answer — YES! All of our items fit true to size, unless otherwise specified in the product description. We measure each product and provide fit details for every style, so be sure to read the details section before buying.

We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, Friday afternoons, weekends, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders .
